Ingredients

- 1 tbsp lime juice

- 1 red chili, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mangoes, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili.
- Pour dressing over the salad, toss well, and serve immediately.
