Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillets (skin removed)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Toss with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice. Adjust sweetness or spice to your preference.
- Choose your preferred cooking method: Pan-Sear for 2–3 minutes per side, Bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, or Air Fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Drizzle the sauce over the salmon or gently toss to coat each piece. Garnish with fresh herbs or sesame seeds.
