- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices or diced cooked ham
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Olive oil for brushing
- Optional: grated parmesan, red pepper flakes, fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay the tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the sauce, then top with pepperoni, bell peppers, and oregano.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into logs, then slice into 1-inch thick rolls.
- Place rolls cut-side up on the baking sheet. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with parmesan, red pepper flakes, or fresh basil if desired. Serve.
