Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices or diced cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Optional: grated parmesan, red pepper flakes, fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the sauce, then top with pepperoni, bell peppers, and oregano.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly into logs, then slice into 1-inch thick rolls.
  5. Place rolls cut-side up on the baking sheet. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
