Description

A delicious and creamy whipped feta cheese topped with sweet roasted strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta (block, crumbled)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 lb strawberries, halved
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Fresh basil (optional garnish)
  • Extra honey (optional garnish)
  • Crushed pistachios (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add feta, sour cream/yogurt, olive oil, honey, and pepper to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl. Chill for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place strawberries on sheet. Drizzle with balsamic and honey.
  5. Roast for 12–15 minutes. Let cool.
  6. Spread whipped feta onto a serving dish.
  7. Top with strawberries and their juices.
  8. Garnish with basil and honey. Serve immediately.
