Description
A delicious and creamy whipped feta cheese topped with sweet roasted strawberries.
Ingredients

- 8 oz feta (block, crumbled)
- 1/3 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 lb strawberries, halved
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- Fresh basil (optional garnish)
- Extra honey (optional garnish)
- Crushed pistachios (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Add feta, sour cream/yogurt, olive oil, honey, and pepper to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl. Chill for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place strawberries on sheet. Drizzle with balsamic and honey.
- Roast for 12–15 minutes. Let cool.
- Spread whipped feta onto a serving dish.
- Top with strawberries and their juices.
- Garnish with basil and honey. Serve immediately.

- Let the whipped feta chill for enhanced flavor and texture.
- Adjust honey in the roasted strawberries based on sweetness preference.
