- 2 cups pineapple lime cauliflower rice

Instructions
- Set oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Combine melted unsalted butter with taco seasoning in a small bowl. Evenly brush mixture over frozen cod fillets.
- Arrange cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- While cod bakes, whisk together the sour cream, lime juice, honey, milk, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl until smooth.
- Evenly divide pineapple lime cauliflower rice and sweet and spicy coleslaw among four serving bowls.
- Place one baked cod fillet into each assembled bowl.
- Top each bowl with avocado slices, drizzle with honey lime crema, and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
